Als Automatisierungsspezialist Produktion (all genders) in unserer hochautomatisierten Produktionsstätte sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf aller Waren- und Materialströme. Am Leitstand überwachst und koordinierst du zentrale Prozesse der Anlagentechnik, erkennst frühzeitig Abweichungen und leitest proaktiv Maßnahmen ein. In enger Abstimmung mit der Schichtleitung und der Technik entwickelst du konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen und stellst sicher, dass alle produktionsrelevanten Parameter zuverlässig eingehalten werden.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich

  • Überwachung und Steuerung des gesamten Materialflusses und der automatisierten Anlagentechnik
  • Früherkennung und Koordination der Behebung technischer Störungen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Ansätze zur Optimierung operativer Prozesse entlang der Wertschöpfungskette
  • Aktive Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und bei Umbauprojekten am Standort
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Technik, Logistik und Produktionsleitung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Mechatronik, Automation, Elektronik oder Anlagentechnik
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Antriebstechnik, Instandhaltung, Elektrik und Fördertechnik sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit SPS-Steuerungssystemen ist wünschenswert
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, zuverlässig und mit hoher Sorgfalt
  • Lösungsorientiertes und pragmatisches Denken zeichnet dich aus
  • Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel
  • Du bist bereit in Schichten zu arbeiten
