About The Role
- As Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for a Flow community, ensuring an outstanding experience for our neighbors. You will lead a team committed to excellence, drive resident satisfaction and retention, and work cross-functionally to optimize property performance. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating a welcoming and high-quality living experience.
Responsibilities
- Operational & Financial Management:
- Foster a welcoming and engaged community, ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Implement strategies to enhance neighbor retention and long-term occupancy.
- Organize community initiatives that strengthen engagement and create a sense of belonging.
- Resident Experience & Community Building:
- Foster a welcoming and engaged community, ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Implement strategies to enhance neighbor retention and long-term occupancy.
- Organize community initiatives that strengthen engagement and create a sense of belonging.
- Leadership & Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional service.
- Set clear goals, performance metrics, and accountability measures for the team.
- Cultivate a culture of ownership, urgency, and high standards across the team.
- Market Positioning & Strategy:
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and brand positioning.
- Work closely with marketing and leasing teams to refine campaigns and drive demand.
Ideal Background
- 5+ years of experience in property management.
- Proven expertise in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Deep understanding of customer service, property operations, and financial management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with expatriates, corporate clients, and a diverse resident base.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
