About Flow

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, events, and more
Screen inbound applicants and conduct initial screens to assess fit and interest
Coordinate and schedule your own candidates while keeping your ATS data clean
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and align on priorities and timelines
About You
3 - 6 years of recruiting experience. Your strengths:
Storytelling
Good judgment on candidate quality
Organized and self-sufficient
Comfort in ambiguity
Nice to Have
Experience with go-to-market hiring
Closing experience
Familiarity with ATS platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever (we use Asbhy)
Genuine interest in physical AI, robotics, rocketships or any kind of hardware development
