The Operations team is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and high-quality execution of Flix services across Mexico. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will work closely with Bus Partners and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, ensure compliance with Flix standards, and support the continuous growth of our network.
About the Role
- Lead the operational performance of assigned Bus Partners, ensuring compliance with Flix operational standards and achievement of operational KPIs.
- Build strong partnerships by providing continuous coaching, training, and operational support to Bus Partners, drivers, and operational stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Customer Service, Network Planning, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor service quality through operational KPIs, field inspections, audits, and performance reviews, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage operational incidents, regulatory compliance, and corrective action plans to ensure safe and reliable operations.
- Source, evaluate, and manage operational suppliers while supporting new route launches, fleet readiness, and network expansion.
- Analyze operational performance using Flix systems and reporting tools to identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Transportation or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in operations, transportation, logistics, mobility, or service operations management.
- Experience managing external partners, suppliers, or operational stakeholders while driving performance and accountability.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using operational KPIs, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and travel frequently across the assigned region.
- Preferred: Experience in passenger transportation, mobility, fleet operations, regulatory compliance, Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in English.
