About the Role

We’re looking for a Creator Partnerships Intern to support our growing creator ecosystem. This is a highly operational and community-facing role where you’ll help power the systems and relationships that drive creator growth.

You’ll take ownership of our Creator CRM, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and actionable - while also actively contributing to creator sourcing, outreach, and engagement. This role is perfect for someone who is both detail-oriented and excited to be deeply embedded in creator and internet culture.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Creator CRM, ensuring accurate, clean, and up-to-date data.

• Track and log all creator touchpoints, interactions, and engagement history.

• Support creator recruitment efforts through sourcing, outreach, and follow-ups.

• Help build a high-volume, high-quality creator pipeline through consistent prospecting.

• Engage with creators across in-app experiences and Discord communities to build authentic relationships.

• Partner with the Creator Partnerships team to support retention and engagement initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to improve CRM structure, workflows, and data quality.

• Assist in tracking performance and reporting on recruitment and engagement efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail - loves clean systems and structured data.

• Interest in creator economy, livestreaming, and internet culture.

• Strong written communication skills, especially for outreach and community engagement.

• Comfortable engaging with creators in a direct and authentic way.

• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently.

• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems is a plus.

• Active user of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Discord, or Twitch.

What Stands Out

• Experience managing communities or creator relationships (even informally).

• Strong understanding of online communities and creator behavior.

• Natural curiosity about what makes creators grow and succeed.

• Ability to balance detail-oriented work with people-facing interactions.

Internship Details

• Duration: 12 weeks

• Compensation: Paid internship

• Location: On-site in Santa Monica, CA

• Schedule: Full-time preferred
