FINANCE The Finance team stands as a strategic pillar of our organization, enabling the delivery of our business and financial goals, ensuring robust financial controls and optimizing overall financial performance. Finance is responsible for managing capital, ensuring financial integrity, optimizing resource allocation, and delivering accurate reporting to drive sustainable growth and profitability. ROLE As a Transfer Pricing Associate, you will contribute to the development and implementation of global transfer pricing policies, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design and optimize transfer pricing models that support business operations. You will manage pricing calculations, intercompany agreements, and tax audits while providing technical analysis for regulatory queries. This role offers exposure to strategic planning, process optimization, and automation tools, with opportunities for career growth in a dynamic and global environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO Gather and analyse financial and operational data to support transfer pricing models, economic analyses, and intercompany charges. Work closely with teams in Finance, Operations, and Legal to understand how products, services, and profits flow across borders - and help ensure we price them right. Go beyond the spreadsheets - analyse financials, understand the ‘why’ behind performance, and craft compelling narratives that support our pricing strategies.
