Epic Games 正在招聘一位高级业务拓展经理，负责与中国游戏开发者合作，进一步推动虚幻引擎（Unreal）游戏解决方案的应用。该职位涉及各类交易的谈判，既包括销售周期长、高度复杂的交易，也包括数量众多、相对简单的协议。他们还将为 UE 开发者解决方案寻找新客户，并维护现有关系，以最大限度地实现双方的互利共赢。所招聘人员将成为 Epic Games 在中国游戏开发者行业的重要发言人。

岗位职责

• 寻找采用虚幻游戏解决方案的各种新机会
• 与开发者、发行商和平台就其对虚幻开发者解决方案的使用进行谈判
• 负责与重要合作伙伴的关系维护，持续促使其最大程度地利用我们的工具并从中受益
• 熟练地将游戏开发者的声音反馈给内部利益相关者，不断提高 Epic 为游戏开发者提供一流解决方案的能力

任职要求

• 至少10年游戏行业工作经验。，有与 AAA、AA、独立游戏和/或手机游戏开发者合作的成功经验。
• 具有与大中华区游戏开发者社区合作的销售或业务开发经验。
• 积极主动，以目标为导向，自我激励，在团队和自我工作中均能体现出高绩效。
• 具有强大的沟通和人际交往能力，能够有效地与组织内外的各种岗位和职能部门开展合作。
• 对大中华区的游戏社区有深入了解。
• 与游戏社区有着紧密联系。
• 具备与国际组织谈判的经验。
• 具备流利的普通话和英语沟通能力。
