Comfortable in a Linux/Unix environment with experience in tools like Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
Familiarity with at least one cloud provider (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift).
Great communicator - able to explain complex technical concepts clearly in writing and on calls.
Experience writing or contributing to technical documentation or internal knowledge bases.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping engineers solve tough problems.
Bonus: experience working with async communication and distributed teams.
Benefits
We offer comprehensive medical, dental, vision benefits, 401k/pension, parental leave and generous vacation. The team is fully remote but we enjoy meeting together several times a year at exciting destinations throughout the world.
