We’re looking for a Senior Rider Onboarding Associate to join our UKI team. This is a remote, field-based Fixed Term Contract (FTC) role with operational roots in Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, or London. In this role, you’ll help us build, scale, and optimise our physical onboarding ecosystem, directly securing the rider fleet capacity needed to power our three-sided marketplace. This sub-team acts as the operational foundation for rider supply across the United Kingdom and Ireland, managing logistical scaling challenges to ensure the fleet meets real-time marketplace demand. Owing to the strategic scope of this seniority level, your responsibilities are split across two core operational pillars: Strategy, Design & Scaling - Optimise hub performance: Evolve the format and structural workflow of our physical Rider Onboarding Hubs to maximise operational efficiency before, during, and after daily sessions. - Scale the footprint: Design, operationalise, and expand physical onboarding spaces across the UKI, implementing standardised systems to maintain high-quality
