We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us define and build purpose-built, highly differentiated shopping experiences across our growing portfolio of Retail categories. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING You’ll be joining the Retail Categories team. Retail only wins category by category; a single, generic shopping experience cannot do justice to the unique ways people buy apparel, auto parts, or home improvement goods. This role owns the end-to-end category shopping experience for a defined portfolio, transforming broad customer promises into shipped surfaces and distinct emotional hooks that drive habitual buying behavior. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Define Category Strategy: Formulate the category experience strategy and decide which categories and bets to invest in first, sequencing for maximum growth and impact. - Execute Signature Product Bets: Translate each category's promise into concrete, testable product bets - such as personal-shopper features using doorstep returns for Apparel or fitment-accurate part lookup for Auto Parts - and ship them end to end. - Optimise Category Surfaces: Own the category merchandising and storefront surfaces that differentiate one vertical from another while maintaining a cohesive and intuitive Retail experience. - Leverage Platform Capabilities: Partner with shared platform infrastructure (such as doorstep returns or fulfillment) to build bespoke category experiences without rebuilding core infrastructure. - Drive Cross-Functional
