In this role, you’ll play an integral part in building our business strategy, ensuring we make the most efficient investment and capital allocation decisions to accelerate our global growth. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING You’ll be joining the Finance & Strategy team. We partner cross-functionally to improve the profitability, scalability, and defensibility of our business model, carrying projects from initial conception through to final execution. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Strategic Decision Support: Partner with stakeholders across the business to develop new investment decision-making frameworks and drive strategy in a dynamic environment. - Growth vs. Profitability: Own complex models and analyses to help the business strike the optimal balance between aggressive growth and long-term profitability. - Custom Financial Modelling: Lead high-impact modelling exercises to support key initiatives, sizing new opportunities and building business cases for innovative products. - KPI Analysis: Track and analyse key financial and business KPIs to uncover trends, assessing current and future risks while identifying new market opportunities. - Process Innovation: Lead special projects to automate and scale our forecasting and reporting tools, ensuring our methodologies evolve
