Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic team in the food delivery industry. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires a strong leader with excellent sales skills, a deep understanding of the food delivery market, and the ability to drive team performance. Main Responsibilities - Team Management and Development - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. - Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, share best practices, and address any challenges. - Develop and implement training programs to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the sales team. - Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to improve their performance and career development. - Sales Planning: - Collaborate with your line manager to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans. - Drive the strategy, creation, and execution of sales initiatives across your cities to enhance performance. - Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, aligned with overall company objectives. - Pipeline Management: - Oversee the management of the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and consistent performance, and that the team meets velocity targets - Monitor team members' activities and provide
