This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us drive market share and order volume growth across Ireland, overseeing top and bottom-line P&L performance while building deep relationships with our most valuable restaurant partners. This role is ideally based in Dublin and covers our restaurant, grocery, and strategic partner base across Regional Ireland - encompassing Cork, Limerick, Galway, and Belfast. Managing a team of three City and Account Managers, you will operate across two distinct jurisdictions with unique commercial and regulatory dynamics. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Drive Regional Commercial Strategy: Own the growth strategy and operational blueprints for key Irish markets, balancing top-line order volume expansion with bottom-line department profitability. - Lead and Develop Talent: Manage, coach, and support a team of City Managers and Account Managers to execute localised marketplace strategies successfully. - Champion Key Partnerships: Act as the face of Deliveroo to top-tier regional acc
