We’re looking for a New Partner Experience (NPX) Advisor to join our Manchester team. In this role, you’ll be the vital link for our newly signed partners during their first two months on the platform, ensuring they have the tools, confidence, and strategy to build for long-term success. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be joining the New Partner Experience (NPX) team. We work cross-functionally with Sales and Account Managers to ensure our partners have a smooth journey, helping them navigate our systems and maximise their growth from day one. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Lead Partner Relationships: Act as the primary relationship lead for newly signed restaurants, ensuring they are built for success and remain highly engaged with the platform. - Consult on Growth: Educate partners on how to make their menus stand out and encourage the use of advertising tools to drive consistent order volume. - Liaison & Coordination: Serve as the bridge between your restaurant partners and internal teams, such as the photography team, to ensure their digital storefront looks world-class. - Build Lasting Trust: Manage high-quality outbound calls to resolve partner issues promptly, building the trust necessary for a long-term partnership. - Operational Excellence: Handle administrative tasks for each restaurant you manage with precision, ensuring they are comfortable with our pr
