ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Junior Designer with a strong focus on motion graphics to support the Kuwait marketing team across all campaigns. This role will be hands-on, fast-paced, and highly collaborative, working closely with the local marketing team, brand team, and wider creative stakeholders to deliver engaging visual assets for campaign, social, CRM, and owned-channel activity. The main responsibility of this role will be to support the development of motion graphics and design assets that bring Deliveroo campaigns to life in a way that feels fresh, on-brand, and locally relevant for the Kuwait market. OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE - Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload and short turnaround times. - Support the Kuwait marketing team with creative design and motion graphics across campaigns, always delivering work that is on-brand and visually engaging. - Help raise the standard of visual storytelling across marketing channels through strong motion design, layout, and creative execution. - Interpret briefs clearly and translate campaign objectives into compelling visual assets. - Stay up to date with design, motion, social, and digital content trends, especially those relevant to the Kuwait market. - Maintain a strong understanding of Delive
