The Role As Franchisee Manager, you will be Deliveroo's main commercial presence on the ground across your region, looking after some of our largest and most complex franchise networks, including the UK's biggest QSR brands. You will be responsible for growing franchisee advertising impact, raising operational standards, and building strong relationships with franchise operators that drive real growth. You will: - Own your portfolio: You are responsible for a large, multi-brand franchisee portfolio across your region. These are your accounts. You run the relationships, you own the numbers, and you are the person operators call. - Onboard new sites: Get new franchisees and newly opened sites set up properly. As brands grow, every new operator needs to understand the platform, know the standards, and have a relationship with you before problems arrive. - Grow advertising impact: Help franchisees grow their business through Deliveroo advertising. Most operators are only scratching the surface of what ads can do, and your job is to change that through consultative conversations about driving growth. - Raise operational standards: Work with franchisees to close operations gaps that impact rider and customer experiences.
