In this role, you will be the engine behind our local growth, leading high-impact commercial projects and using data-driven insights to refine our Consumer Value Proposition (CVP). WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING You will lead the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, acting as the connective tissue between Marketing, Operations, and Account Management. This role is a blend of project management, commercial strategy, and data analysis. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead key commercial projects from planning and delivery tracking to post-implementation reviews. - Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the primary bridge between Marketing, Operations, and Account Management to ensure campaigns and shared priorities are executed seamlessly. - CVP Optimization: Use data and analysis to refine our Consumer Value Proposition, focusing on selection, affordability, and overall customer experience. - Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor moves and market trends to inform strategic planning and stay ahead of the curve. - Strategic Reporting: Own the reporting for growth and CVP metrics, providing the business with the data needed for evidence-ba
