About the Role The Associate Vendor Manager plays a critical role within the Deliveroo Hop Commercial team, with clear accountability for the day-to-day account management and commercial performance of a defined portfolio of vendor partners. This role combines commercial ownership, account management, trading execution, and cross-functional coordination to drive vendor growth, operational excellence, and customer experience. The Associate Vendor Manager acts as the primary point of contact for their vendors and is responsible for delivering against revenue, margin, availability, and in-app performance targets. The role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, relationship management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment. Key Responsibilities 1. VENDOR ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & COMMERCIAL OWNERSHIP - Own the day-to-day management of a portfolio of vendor accounts. - Act as the primary commercial contact for vendors, building strong, collaborative relationships. - Lead joint business planning (JBP) processes with vendors to align on growth opportunities and performance targets. - Conduct regular performance reviews, identifying risks and opportunities across revenue, margin, availabi
