About the Team Every great talent team starts with exceptional hiring. As a Recruiting Coordinator on our GTM Recruiting team, you’ll play a critical role in helping Decagon build a world class GTM team. About the Role You’ll partner closely with recruiters, go to market leaders, and interviewers to orchestrate a seamless hiring experience for some of the world’s top GTM talent. From coordinating complex interview loops to helping us continuously improve our recruiting operations, you’ll be at the center of one of the company’s most important functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how world-class GTM recruiting operates inside one of the fastest-growing AI companies. You’ll work alongside experienced recruiters, revenue leaders, gain exposure to the full hiring lifecycle, and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in Talent.
