You’ll own the programs that make that true: recognition, company rituals and events, onboarding swag, and the employee-facing communications and Notion content people rely on every day. About the Role Decagon’s People team partners directly with the founders and company leadership on how we hire, grow, pay, and support a team that has scaled past 600 people across seven countries. We’re a lean, Gen AI-native group spanning HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Benefits, Culture, and People Operations, and we build the programs and infrastructure for a company that is still moving fast.
