Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role and demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
Manufacturing Process Expertise: Proven experience with manufacturing process design, implementing process improvements, and leading Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA) initiatives.
Technical Knowledge: Extensive experience with manufacturing processes, mechanical machinery, power electronics, or industrial controls.
