As the Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture for Americas at Cohere, you will lead the US & Canada commercial Solutions Architecture team, helping enterprise customers adopt agentic AI at scale while driving commercial success. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team of Solutions Architects, establishing repeatable solution-selling and delivery practices, and partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to win strategic enterprise opportunities. In this leadership role, you will combine technical credibility, consulting discipline, and commercial acumen to help customers solve complex business problems while shaping Cohere's enterprise AI strategy. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: - Lead and Scale the Team: Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Solutions Architecture organization across the US & Canada, raising the bar through hiring, mentorship, and operational excellence. - Drive Revenue Growth: Partner with Sales to develop and execute technical sales strategies that accelerate enterprise adoption and contribute directly to revenue growth. - Build Repeatable Solution Practices: Establish
