At Choco, we’re changing that. We build software used daily by food distributors and their customers to run their business. It automates orders, reduces errors, and helps operations run faster and more reliably. Because it’s embedded in daily operations, our SaaS platform has immediate, real-world impact, on efficiency, margins, and how businesses run day to day.

As our People & Workplace Intern, you'll help create an exceptional employee experience by supporting our HR operations and ensuring our Paris office runs smoothly. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how People Operations works in a fast-growing international tech company while making a real impact from day one.

What you'll do

• Support payroll administration and prepare employee contracts and HR documentation

• Maintain accurate employee records and organize HR documentation in Notion

• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Paris office, including facilities, vendors, and office supplies

• Welcome employees and visitors and support office events and engagement initiatives

• Respond to employee requests and provide administrative support to the People team

• Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR and workplace processes

What you bring

• Currently pursuing a Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Fluent in French and English

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Proactive, autonomous, and eager to learn

• A people-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

• Previous internship or student job experience is a plus
