What the job involves We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst, Incentives & Commercial Reporting to join our growing team in Ebene, Mauritius. Reporting to the Manager of Incentives & Commercial Reporting, you will be the analytical backbone of our commercial performance, executing the data workflows that ensure our global sales teams are incentivized correctly and our revenue insights are flawless. You will own the day-to-day execution of complex datasets, build and maintain crucial dashboards, and calculate the commercial compensation that drives our frontline teams.
