  • Work with a successful trading team at the intersection of markets and one of the oldest crypto companies in the world
  • Monitor automated market-making strategies across multiple exchanges and trading pairs, flagging issues and escalating where needed
  • Learn how strategy parameters work, including spreads, quote sizes, inventory management and risk limits, and adjust them within agreed limits under senior guidance
  • Help troubleshoot live trading issues by working with traders and engineers to find root causes

Trading Analytics

  • Run post-trade analysis on execution quality, fill rates, inventory and profitability, and present your findings to the desk
  • Write Python and SQL queries to pull, clean and analyse trading and order book data
  • Help with backtesting and research into strategy improvements alongside traders and quantitative developers

Reporting & Automation

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track trading KPIs such as uptime, spread, depth, volume and P&L
  • Use AI tools and automation to make routine monitoring, alerting and reporting more efficient
  • Suggest process improvements and new ideas to improve desk performance

Client & Internal Support

  • Prepare performance reports that show whether client strategies are meeting agreed KPIs
  • Contribute to market colour for clients and internal stakeholders, covering trading flows, liquidity conditions and price movements

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Experience: 2 - 4 years in trading, quantitative analysis, data analysis or a related field; graduates and internship experience in trading or quant roles are welcome
  • Technical Skills: Working proficiency in Python and/or SQL; exposure to Rust or another systems language is a plus
  • Tools: Comfortable using AI tools, data visualisation and automation to improve workflows
  • Mindset: intense, and eager to learn
  • Communication: Ability to explain findings clearly to traders, and engineers

COMPENSATION & PERKS

  • Full-time salary based on experience and meaningful equity in an industry-leading company
  • This is a role based in our London office, with a mandatory in-office presence four days per week.
  • Work from Anywhere Policy: You can work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 20 days per year.
  • ClassPass
  • Unlimited vacation policy; work hard and take time when you need it
  • Apple equipment
  • The opportunity to be a key player and build your career at a rapidly expanding, global technology company in an emerging field
  • Flexible work culture
