I'm an Ashby customer turned employee as of late 2024. At the time I was so excited to work with and learn from Jim https://www.linkedin.com/in/jmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm/, our VP of People and Talent, and see how this small but mighty company got things done, close to 2 years later I'm even more excited. I joined when the Talent team was just 5 people, and today we are a team of 17 spanning EMEA and North America with dedicated recruiting teams in Engineering, Sales & GTM. This hire will join us to support sourcing for our Sales teams. Joining the Talent team at Ashby is unique - we are the end user of our product and get to work with designers, engineers, marketing and other cross functional teams to share our expertise and feedback.
