What you will be doing:
- You will run the end-to-end product lifecycle of Arena initiatives you are responsible for.
- Create, communicate, and execute the roadmap and strategy to achieve the goals.
- Define the right success metrics for features and products, along with the data needed to support them.
- Leverage user feedback to guide prioritization and improve product outcomes.
- Optimize the product funnel through growth initiatives and strategic integrations with external platforms.
- Work across multiple AI modalities, including conversational AI, voice, and video.
- Design and refine evaluation frameworks for AI-powered products.
Must-Have Experience:
- 4+ years of product experience, preferably in a SaaS platform software
- Knowledge of LLM, Generative AI technologies, RAG applications and agents.
- Experience in fast-paced start-up environments
- Strong organizational skills: prioritization, effective time management, conflict resolution, risk identification, and mitigation.
- Experience with Agile development process
- Proven track record of taking products from concept to launch, delivering high-quality experiences end-to-end.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Prior software engineering experience or experience in developer-facing roles.
- Experience with real-time communication products.
- Industry experience and familiarity with UI design and best practices, APIs, general programming languages and concepts, including web and mobile application architectures and components, and network effect concepts.
- Tireless eye for detail and a demonstrated obsession with building great user experiences.
- Advanced English (both written and spoken) and feel comfortable talking to native English speakers on a daily basis.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education.
