Inventory Associate (Second Shift)

Alt is unlocking the value of alternative assets, starting with the $5 B trading-card market. We let collectors buy, sell, vault, and finance their cards in one place and we are backed by leaders at Stripe, Coinbase, Seven Seven Six, and pro athletes like Tom Brady and Giannis Antetokounmpo. Our next frontier is real-time pricing at scale - the Alt Value that powers every trade, loan, and product on the platform.

The Role: Onsite at our Delaware vault. Second shift.

Most people in this hobby will never hold the cards you'll handle every day. A Jordan rookie. They come through our doors, and you're the person who receives them, photographs them, catalogs them, stores them, and gets them back out the door.

The Vault is the physical backbone of Alt. It's hands-on work with real stakes, and it's the best seat in the building if you actually care about cards.

What You'll Do:

• Intake and outtake. Receive shipments, verify what's inside against what was declared, photograph and digitize each card, catalog it, and shelve it. Then pull, pack, and ship when it sells or the owner wants it back.

• Protect the inventory. Chain of custody, accurate counts, careful handling. You'll be the reason our records match what's physically on the shelf.

• Make the process better. You'll run these workflows more than anyone. When something is slow, error-prone, or dumb, you're expected to say so and help fix it. We'd rather hear it from you than find it in an audit.

• Work with the product and data teams. They build the tools you use. Your feedback is how those tools get good.

• Card shows. Some travel for shows and events, where you'll handle intake on the floor.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years in a high-volume operational environment. Warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, retail stockroom, card shop, or a grading room all count

• Attention to detail as a habit, not a claim. You can tell us about a system you followed to catch your own mistakes

• Reliability. Second shift, onsite, consistently. This team can't run a person short

• Physically able to do the work. Prolonged standing and sitting, reaching, bending, repetitive handling, and lifting

• The instinct to speak up when a process isn't working, instead of working around it quietly

Bonus: you collect. Experience with a WMS, scanners, or inventory systems. Comfort in Excel. A state-issued guard card or similar security certification.

You don't need to be technical. You do need to be curious, because everyone here uses these tools and this team will too.

• Turning a messy process into a written SOP the whole shift can follow

• Drafting the handoff note at end of shift so nothing gets lost between shifts

2. Hiring manager with Brian, 30 minutes A conversation about how you keep high-volume inventory accurate.

3. Tyler, our COO, 30 minutes. How you'd make the operation better. Come ready to talk about something you changed at a past job.

4. Leore, our founder and CEO, 30 minutes. Everyone who joins Alt meets Leore. Bring what you'd change about how we handle cards.

Scheduling & Attendance:

• This is an onsite role based at Alt’s Vault location in Delaware

• Reliable and consistent attendance is required to support operational continuity

• Schedule flexibility may be required during periods of increased volume or operational demand

Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 Yearly
