HOW YOU'LL MAKE IMPACT Lead the operating, measurement, and systems layer for Airwallex’s global product-led growth engine. This role combines people leadership with hands-on ownership of funnel analytics, experimentation, campaign measurement, and growth technology, helping Growth teams improve the customer journey from acquisition and onboarding through activation, first transaction, retention, and expansion. - Build and scale operating mechanisms, KPI frameworks, dashboards, experimentation processes, campaign operations, tracking standards, and growth technology that turn customer, product, campaign, payment, and business-performance data into clear decisions. - Lead and develop a team responsible for growth operations, analytics, experimentation, and systems, including hiring, coaching, prioritization, performance management, and capability building. - Own end-to-end funnel and customer journey analytics across acquisition, onboarding, activation, first tr
