Location: India, United Kingdom, Spain Zapier is looking for a Manager/Sr. Manager, Sales-Assist to join the Sales and Customer Success org at Zapier. The Sales-Assist team serves our core customer segment as they evaluate and buy Zapier’s products, acting as a dedicated sales point of contact primarily through Live Chat and secondarily through Calls and Email. Today, this team supports an inbound sales motion, proactively engages existing customers based on product signals to drive expansion, and focuses largely on faster sales-cycle opportunities. Success in this role looks like helping teams and organizations adopt and scale automation through Zapier’s products, while evolving the Sales-Assist motion into a more data-driven, targeted, and scalable growth engine. This is not just a people management role. We’re looking for a leader who can combine high-judgment team leadership with strong analytical horsepower, program ownership, systems thinking, and AI. The right candidate will know how to identify growth opportunities, translate data into action, improve how work gets routed and prioritized, and leverage AI to drive change across the team.
