SUMMARY To provide expanded regional leadership for the Solutions Architecture function, driving technical pre-sales excellence and managing strategic outcomes across a designated geography. The Senior Manager shifts focus from purely tactical task and localized team management to building regional operational frameworks, optimizing regional technical discovery processes, and championing the development of reusable solution patterns to accelerate velocity and ensure cross-functional delivery alignment across a broader geographic portfolio. WHY THIS ROLE? As a Senior Manager, you scale your impact from a localized team to an entire regional segment. This role provides the opportunity to design structured regional onboarding programs, resolve high-complexity regional escalations, and consistently drive cross-functional alignment across multiple sales, delivery, and engineering divisions. You will be the definitive champion for scaling pre-sales capability, regional scoping accuracy, and repeatable technical intellectual property.
