Snowflake is growing fast, and we are looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to drive technical sales success, support customer growth, and help customers realise the value of the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. You will combine people leadership, technical credibility, and commercial judgment to scale team performance across complex enterprise opportunities. This is a strategic leadership role focused on coaching, team development, technical sales execution, and cross-functional alignment. In some environments, this role may be less hands-on technically than an individual contributor Solutions Engineer role and more focused on enabling the team to execute at a high level.
