ABOUT THE ROLE Snowflake is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist, Benelux to join our growing marketing team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will plan and execute field marketing programs that drive pipeline and accelerate revenue across the Benelux region. You will work closely with Sales, Demand Generation, and Partner teams to build high-impact events and campaigns that connect with our target audiences at every stage of the funnel. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who is extremely organized and eager to learn. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Plan and execute field marketing programs - Own the end-to-end delivery of regional field events (executive roundtables, roadshows, hosted dinners, third-party sponsorships) that generate pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities. - Drive pipeline contribution - Partner with regional Sales and SDRs to align programs to account and territory priorities, ensuring consistent pipeline and bookings impact. - Manage event logistics - Coordinate all aspects of event execution including venue selection, vendor management, invitations, content, and post-event follow-up. - Collaborate cross-functionally - Work with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Content teams to ensure regional programs are aligned to global campaign s
