ABOUT US At Sierra, we’re creating a platform to help businesses build better, more human customer experiences with AI. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Producer on the Events & Experiences team to help bring Sierra’s most important moments to life - not just what happens on stage, but the entire arc of how an attendee experiences Sierra. You’ll join a small team with a high bar for craft, producing everything from large conferences and product launches to executive gatherings, field events, and experiential activations. This role lives at the intersection of live production and creative vision. You’ll shape how our events look, sound, and feel; partner with creative teams and production vendors to deliver them flawlessly; and think well beyond the main stage to the texture of the whole experience.
