About the Role Poshmark is seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial to join our Legal team and serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders throughout the organization. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will lead the company’s commercial legal function and drive commercial transactions, from structuring and negotiating agreements to advising on legal and business risks. You will also provide product counseling and support privacy-related initiatives as Poshmark continues to evolve its platform. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, a business-oriented mindset, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities - Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including partnerships, technology, professional services, marketing and advertising, and vendor agreements - Partner with cross-functional teams to support commercial transactions and strategic initiatives, providing clear and practical legal guidance - Manage and continuously improve contract lifecycle processes, including identifying opportunities to streamline workflows through CLM tools (Ironclad) and AI-enabled solutions - Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, policies, and scalable legal processes - Provide legal counsel to product and technology teams on new features and product launches - Advise on data privacy and security ma
