International expansion is a key component to the long term success of Nubank's business and having a Compliance person from the very beginning will help teams to reduce failures while ensuring regulatory compliance YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Adapting the global Compliance program to the US market and building a CMS from the scratch - Establishing a compliance program for both federal and state regulations and support teams on drafting policies and procedures. - Supporting teams on implementing the regulatory requirements, including the gap assessment of Banking regulations, acting as a sort of PMO to ensure a successful implementation of requirements - Developing relationship with supervisors within our Regulators and ensuring regulatory requests are fulfilled - Assessing regulatory risks on new products and features for new launches, such as Credit Card and Deposits accounts - Hiring, developing and managing a team of Compliance analysts and
