Visit our Institutional Page https://www.nu.com/2026-en About the role We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) at the Senior Staff level to take ownership of our global identity frontier. At Nubank, a TPM is an Outcome Owner - an engineer at heart with the programmatic capability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to production. You are fully accountable for the architectural alignment, migration strategy, and ultimate success or failure of our core authentication platforms. Your immediate mission is to solve for linking user data across multiple countries segregated in regional databases through a unifying entity and enabling a worldwide login for the app. You will partner with senior engineering talent to architect, execute, and migrate to a unified, global authentication layer that securely links user accounts internationally, establishing the foundation for a truly global digital bank. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - Own the Global Authentication Strategy: Act as the programmatic driver for creating a unified global login system.
