Visit our Institutional Page https://www.nu.com/2026-en As a Systems Engineer, you’re expected to: As a key lead within the Computing Squad, you will be in contact with critical pieces of foundational infrastructure where the majority of Nubank's workloads run, including Kubernetes, AWS, Network, and Service Communications. You will contribute to our Computing product strategy, find opportunities to improve our infrastructure, and set a high technical standard for the team. Main responsibilities: - Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to improve our infrastructure in areas like performance, costs, and governance. - Act as a key technical lead in the team, guiding and mentoring more junior engineers to create and maintain a high-quality technical environment. - Represent the team in different technical forums, being able to document, negotiate, and convince different stakeholders across various levels and chapters. - Anticipate technical and product issues, making appropriate design decisions to avoid them. - Deep dive into problems to identify root causes and deliver innovative solutions that address team-level challenges with a focus on medium and long-term impact. - Understand the technical aspects, capab
