RESPONSIBILITIES - Monitoring the connection to the Interbank Electronic Payments System (SPEI). - SPEI certification and recertification (Bank of Mexico). - SPEI reconciliations: intraday, operational, and accounting. - Reporting balances according to the PCL (Contingency Plan) at established times and settling the surplus investment as instructed by the Treasury. - Supervising the correct execution and settlement of transactions through the SPEI Dispatcher. - Recording transfers and refunds for users and payers. - Creating, analyzing, and delivering reports related to SPEI operations. - Conducting external audits related to SPEI operations. - Defining and mapping SPEI processes. - Addressing requirements and c
