THE ROLE We're looking for a hands-on IT Systems Specialist to join our lean Enterprise Technology team and help run and modernise the systems a fast-scaling business depends on. This is an ownership role for someone who has run IT inside a startup or scaleup - an IT manager or senior sysadmin who likes getting their hands dirty. You'll lead our side of major platform migrations, working with our delivery partners, making the technical calls and landing each cutover cleanly. On top of that you'll build the automation that takes repetitive, manual work off the whole company's plate. Just as important: you're someone colleagues across the business genuinely enjoy working with. You can explain technical things in plain language, you keep people in the loop, and you bring calm to fast-moving change.
