The Opportunity We’re looking for a Finance Operations Manager to join our Group Finance team at Multiverse, a Series D tech company on a mission to transform how businesses develop their people through AI and technology-led apprenticeships. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of Finance, Sales, People, and Legal. It exists to give Multiverse single-threaded ownership of Employee Compensation: everything related to how we calculate, account for, and pay our people sits with this role, end to end. You’ll own the calculation and accounting for our sales variable compensation plans, covering 100+ AEs and growing, the accounting for payroll and payroll-related costs, and the accounting for our employee share option plan (ESOP). You’ll be the Everstage system owner and the named point of contact for our external payroll provider, and you’ll partner with Revenue Operations on how we design and evolve compensation plans as the business grows.
