You will play a crucial role in supporting our 7-day operations across Risk Operations and Business Support. This hybrid role gives you direct exposure to compliance and customer service, allowing you to learn fast and make a tangible difference in how safely and smoothly businesses interact with our platform. You'll take the lead on screening reviews, website verifications, and upholding our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) standards. Beyond compliance, you'll provide vital weekend phone support and manage tasks related to cards and our online reputation. We need someone ready to jump in, solve problems, and keep our operations moving forward without missing a beat. What you'll ship - Drive consistent, high-quality case outputs during every shift to keep operations moving. - Maintain excellent QA pass rates and resolve customer issues with speed and precision. - Hit and exceed Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets to ensure our merchants are always supported. - Conduct thorough screening reviews and website verifications to upho
