Learn more about the colorful design team and our culture: https://miro.design/ About the Role Miro is looking for a visionary Staff Product Designer to lead the charge for our Prototypes product. This isn’t just about refining a feature; it’s about defining the future of how millions of people bring their ideas to life. As a key leader within the Canvas Modes stream, you will lead the long-term design strategy for Prototyping at Miro. We are looking for an AI Native designer - someone who doesn’t just see AI as a feature but as a fundamental shift in the product development process and ultimately, a massive opportunity. You will be tasked with shaping not just where Miro’s Prototype offering should be, but where it is going - ensuring we aren't just keeping pace with the market, but setting it. What you’ll do - Define and drive the North Star for Miro Prototyping. You’ll articulate a vision that disrupts the norms and looks where the market is going. - Be a tireless innovator in the AI space. You will explore how generative AI can collapse the gap between a rough sketch and full functioning app. - Approach the product with an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of ownership. You’ll navigate ambiguity, build lean experiments, and treat the Prototyping mode as your own startup within Miro. - Leverage your deep understanding of the design tool landscape to create a best-in-class experience that rivals any competitor while maintaining Miro’s ease of use
