ABOUT THE ROLE: LangChain is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to help build and scale our high-performing team. You’ll support recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates through every step of the interview and hiring process. You’ll manage interview logistics, drive candidate communication, and keep our recruiting operations running smoothly. You’ll be a key part of creating a thoughtful, efficient, and candidate-friendly hiring experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones and mediums (virtual & in-person) - Communicate directly with candidates via email and phone to keep them informed and prepped throughout the process - Help
