ROLE OVERVIEW We're seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst to join our Corporate IT team and serve as the technical owner for Workday HCM, integrations, and security architecture. As Harvey continues its rapid global expansion, you will play a critical role in ensuring our core HR systems are scalable, secure, and seamlessly connected to our broader tech stack. You will own the configuration and maintenance of advanced business processes, oversee complex integration architecture, and rigorously manage our Workday security model to ensure compliance and data integrity. WHAT YOU'LL DO - HCM Configuration & Support: Serve as the primary Workday specialist for HCM configuration, optimizing and maintaining core HR data, organizational structures, and worker lifecycles. - Integration Arc
