ROLE OVERVIEW The Recruiting Operations Manager joins Harvey's Talent team to lead the team and programs that power a world-class recruiting function. This role manages the Recruiting Coordinator (RC) team, ensuring tier 1 operational work and scheduling volume run smoothly and scale with the business. Partnering closely with the Sr. Systems Analyst, this person identifies opportunities to simplify and automate tier 1 work, freeing the team to focus on higher-value support. Beyond day-to-day operations, they lead the internal programs that shape the recruiting experience - from interviewer enablement to candidate experience, internal mobility, and alumni engagement.
