Reporting to: Head of Commercial, LATAM

COMMERCIAL

The Commercial team drives our strategic partnerships with the world's leading brands and boutiques to source the best selection and optimize sales channels for our partners. We're relationship builders, solution finders and analysts, offering our customers access to incredible products and the most extensive selection of luxury for endless style.

THE ROLE

As Brand Manager for Brazil, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of brand and boutique partners trading on our platform, responsible for managing, optimising and growing their sales and operational performance in the local market.

You will combine strong quantitative and analytical skills with commercial acumen, spending most of your time analysing performance data, uncovering growth opportunities and translating them into concrete action alongside our partners.

You will pair these insights with strong partner relationships, working closely with the wider Commercial team and cross‑functional stakeholders to keep partners actively engaged and to drive business results. We expect this person to be seen by partners as a professional, knowledgeable, creative and trusted adviser in the local luxury market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Dedicate the majority of your time to analysing brand and boutique performance data to identify growth, sales and revenue opportunities, translating insights into concrete commercial actions

    • Manage a portfolio of brand and boutique partners in Brazil through sound business management and strategic planning, turning knowledge into focused action

    • Be the primary point of contact for partners when trading on the platform, maintaining outstanding relationships through effective communication, reporting and problem solving

    • Proactively seek, maintain and update knowledge on each partner's status, seasonal and future plans to assess full online potential and further growth opportunities

    • Unlock selection from the partner community through tailored commercial deals, incentives and operational solutions

    • Manage offline/online sales against product deliveries and commercial performance expectations, working closely with merchandising and the wider Commercial team

    • Negotiate and plan markdowns with partners and ensure adherence to promotional activities; review daily/weekly/monthly performance and Farfetch profitability

    • Conduct regular business reviews internally and with partners, combining relationships with insights to grow stock and drive results

    • Work with Business Development and Partner Implementation to onboard new partners or location expansions within the existing network, ensuring a short time to go live with the right stock quality and quantity

    • Identify and lead projects to improve ways of working with internal stakeholders, supporting the establishment of key processes for the Brand Partnership function in Brazil

    • Ensure excellent service and follow‑up for both partners and final customers, working closely with Partner Service, Production and Operations teams to drive service KPIs and meet business needs

    • Work closely with the Brand Operations Specialist to ensure recommendations and decisions are underpinned by data insights

WHO YOU ARE

    • You have a minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in a Commercial function, ideally within a fashion or luxury retail, brand or wholesale environment

    • You are highly analytical and data‑driven, with a strong quantitative background; you are fluent in working with data and BI tools (e.g. Looker) to draw insights, build compelling narratives and use data to inform decision‑making

    • You have the ability to easily build relationships with different players across the business, and to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally

    • You have outstanding negotiation skills combined with strong analytical ability, and are commercially minded with a focus on business growth against metrics and targets

    • You are a natural problem‑solver who can turn challenges into opportunities, comfortable managing complex, cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced environment

    • You are well organised and proactive, with excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once

    • You are at ease with Excel (pivot tables) and data visualisation/BI tools, using them to obtain and assess analytical information

    • You are fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus

    • You are a fantastic team fit: tenacity with a smile, real pride in the quality of your work, and an understanding that how you work is just as important as what you deliver
