We’re looking for a Junior Corporate Account Manager to join our London team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us nurture and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts, using data-driven insights to solve workplace problems, retain revenue, and support market expansion. We are the dedicated B2B arm of Deliveroo, helping businesses - from tech startups to global law firms - manage their corporate catering, late-night team meals, and employee food perks through a centralised platform. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Portfolio Management: Support and nurture corporate accounts across the UK, building strong relationships with key stakeholders while tracking usage metrics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and maximize revenue retention. - Commercial Growth: Translate commercial data and client behaviour insights into actionable account plans, uncovering opportunities to expand platform usage. - Technical Support & Guidance: Develop product expertise across the DfW suite to advise clients on best practices, proactively resolving issues to ensure a smooth user experience. - Stakeholder Engagement:
