About the Team Every great engineering team starts with exceptional hiring. As a Recruiting Coordinator on our Engineering Recruiting team, you’ll play a critical role in helping Decagon hire the engineers building the future of AI. About the Role You’ll partner closely with recruiters, engineering leaders, and interviewers to orchestrate a seamless hiring experience for some of the world’s top technical talent. From coordinating complex interview loops to helping us continuously improve our recruiting operations, you’ll be at the center of one of the company’s most important functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how world-class engineering recruiting operates inside one of the fastest-growing AI companies. You’ll work alongside experienced recruiters, engineering leaders, gain exposure to the full hiring lifecycle, and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in Talent.
