ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist based in New York City to be a key member of the regional marketing team, responsible for planning and executing a wide variety of marketing initiatives. From managing the complex shipping requirements of a trade show booth to ensuring every attendee at an executive roundtable has a seamless experience to guaranteeing all attendee lists are clean, tracked, and shared with the field in a timely manner, you are the person who makes the strategy a reality. This is an in-office role based out of our New York City office. You are detail-obsessed, operationally rigorous, and keen to dive into all aspects of regional marketing. WHAT YOU’LL DO Program Orchestration & Logistics: - Own logistics for high-touch events, executive roundtables, thought leadership roadshows, industry tradeshows, and account-based activations. This includes venue sourcing, contract routing, catering coordination, and AV management - Ensure operational excellence across event targeting, registration page setup, invitation creation and management, lead list management, and follow up process - Support budget management across PO creation, invoicing, and spend tracking - Own the onboarding and management of the global swag and event materials store including vendor relationship management, item selection, and procurement and inventory oversight - Serve as the on-site lead at regional field events supporting setup, experience flow, vendor troubleshooting, and real-time run-of-show adjustments - Partner with the team leaders on overall process efficiency
